Dr. KT has gone above and beyond to help my medically complex dog Haven. She spent hours during and after her work hours researching to help figure out my dogs unexplained systems. She helped obtain referrals and spoke to specialists as well. When we had to go out of state for specialists, she was available to answer questions as needed, even when it was late. She also would reply to my emails when Haven was having seizures or emergent situations to help determine if she needed the ER or not, again after hours. I absolutely never expected her to do this and tried to let her know. I know being a vet is stressful and I did not want her getting burned out. With her help though, we finally established my dog had an autoimmune disorder! Now, after 5 years of my dog slowly deteriorating - she is back to being an energetic and happy dog! Acting like a puppy again! I truly am thankful for Dr. KT's perseverance and selfless actions. Not only does she help me, but she helps spay/neuter animals at the local shelter, and assists in the local pet ER also. She is absolutely amazing and I know my dogs are better off because of her being our vet.
